Cremisan wines are organically produced from three vineyards in the Holy Land by the Catholic Salesian Community and bottled in their cellars between Bethlehem and Jerusalem.

MESSA – white or red altar wine certified by the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem for celebration of the Mass in accordance with Canon 924 of the Code of Canon Law. Fresh, light, medium-sweet wines made from local grapes and aged for two years in stainless steel barrels. £81.00 per 12-bottle case.

DAVID’S TOWER – a light dry red wine made from the local black “Balady Asmar” grape, aged for a year in oak. It is one of the Holy Land’s distinctive wines, with a delicate spicy after taste. Perfect at room temperature served with pizza, pasta and light food - or on its own. £90.00 per 12-bottle case.

SHEPHERDS’ FIELDS - a light dry white wine blended from two local grape varieties found in the Holy Land, Syria and Egypt – white “Balady Asmar” and “Hardany”. This is best served chilled on its own and with light food. £90.00 per 12-bottle case.

The main work of the Salesians of Don Bosco in the Holy Land is for the education of poor children: the production and sale of Cremisan wines supports this vital work.
